Vincent Duthilleul, founder of Ingredience, began his career as a technical engineer in the field of ingredients (texturizers and stabilizers) and then took many responsibilities in various international groups always in the field of food ingredients.
In 2013, he decided to create Ingredience to satisfy the French food industry by providing technical expertise, proximity and “à la carte” service.
